This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as the experienced Yoga practitioner who are between 15 - 40 weeks pregnant.
Pregnancy Yoga and Me
Having 4 children of my own you could say that I have had plenty of practice in this area. Personally I have found the holistic Yoga approach invaluable during pregnancy. Pregnancy puts a huge strain on the mind and body. Yoga can help to relieve many pregnancy ailments.
Simple stretches and breathing exercises help to strengthen the body and relax the mind. Yoga promotes equilibrium and enhances the mother baby bond. Optimal foetal position is practiced and promoted using Yoga postures.
